Im done with this garage (as well). Its a pity, as I love my car but this is the second toyota garage which I am not satisfied with. So maybe it is not this garage fault. Reason being last time when I booked my service I added gearshift oil (which can be selected from the online booking system, so not that special) and during the service they advised that the oil doesn’t need to replaced at all based on manufacturer recommendations. I said its okay, I know, but still want it. The response was that it is not in stock they need to order it. Bad experience. Next one, I booked an intermediate service via online, they called that that day is fully booked. Why is there an online booking system if it doesn’t work. Also it turned out the next available time, they are not able to tell how much time would it take. Why not? Its a pretty basic service. And of course no courtesy car available. High price no service.
Disappointing experience: we expected better service. Although the handover was good, the run up was extremely disappointing with the delivery date postponed three times. Explanations for the delay were scant and unhelpful with no regard for customer service or help.
Repairs carried out as explained and car given back nice and clean. Waiting area open and quiet, offered cups of coffee regularly. Price paid was as given as estimate. Lady service advisors approachable and friendly.
Excellent first rate process from Listers Cheltenham, when buying a new Toyota Aygo X vehicle (November 2023). I was purchasing the vehicle living some distance from Listers Cheltenham, but encountered no problems whatsoever. The whole process managed faultlessly by Jack Waite who sourced and secured the vehicle for me, and conducted all the necessary paperwork electronically with ease. He ensured the vehicle was completely prepared and ready for collection at the time and date agreed.

Took my Rav 4 in for intermediate service. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Free coffee and biscuits while you wait. Service was completed promptly, very detailed report and a video of the inspection provided.
